1966 Swiss Ammo Bund strap for PAM090 – Hi strap lovers. Here is the latest vintage Swiss Ammo strap from Dangerous9straps. This strap, built for my great customer Mario from Lima, Peru, is pretty special because it also features a custom-designed bund strap underlayment, made from the front pouch flap of the Swiss Ammo pouch. The bund underlayment has been fully lined in vegetable-tanned leather for comfort and fully stitched for durability and great looks of course. The front flap of the pouch as a little lighter in color than the back panel from which the strap was made giving it a really great contrast. Hand saddle stitched using Ecru (natural colored) 4-ply waxed Irish linen thread and paired with our custom ‘D9‘ logo, Vintage style, flat buckle with polished finish, which looks like liquid metal. I think it’s a striking combination. So much so that I think I’ll make a bund underlayment for one of my Swiss Ammo straps:-) I think this strap is going to look great with Mario’s PAM090
All our Swiss ammo straps are bespoke and made from the pouch as chosen by my customer from my current stock of pouches.
