Manufacture Collection Watch straps for your Precious Time Piece:\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Hi strap lovers, I am happy to share with you all two new prototype straps for Rolex and Breitling. These straps are make from our Teju Lizard collection and will be heading off to our Italian manufacturers and will form the basis for our soon to be released Manufacture Collection.<\/p>\n

Introduction of our Manufacture Collection Concept:\u00a0<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

As many of our dear customers are aware, our backlog has been growing longer and longer over the past couple of years (Currently it stands at 11-13 weeks!). \u00a0My hope is that by having some of our most popular straps made for us, those of you who want a Dangerous9<\/span>strap<\/b><\/span>, but don’t necessarily need to have every last detail of a bespoke design will find the straps from our Manufacture Collection and really exciting alternative. \u00a0 While I won’t be personally building these straps, this will not mean that we will by compromising in anyway on the qualities that are the hallmarks of Dangerous9<\/span>straps<\/span><\/b>. \u00a0 Here are our design and build criteria for these straps:<\/p>\n

Dangerous9straps’ Manufacture Collection will:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

* \u00a0Be built from the very same materials we offer in our fully bespoke straps this includes the highest quality leathers and exotic skins from our American Alligator, Teju Lizard, Ostrich Leg skin, ‘Outback’ Kangaroo, and Safari Leather Collections.
\n* \u00a0Be built with the same Vegetable tanned leather mid-layer and padding which provides the same strength and durability as our bespoke straps made by yours truly.
\n* \u00a0Be Built with all handmade construction including hand saddle stitching throughout using the same highest quality French milled\u00a0Fil Au Chinois Cabl\u00e9 linen Thread as we use on our bespoke straps.
\n* \u00a0Use the same unique, soft and durable lining leathers as are available on our bespoke straps including the finest leathers from our Tripon Kidskin and ‘Outback’ Kangaroo Collections.
\n* \u00a0The Manufacture Collection straps must be indistinguishable from a strap that I personally made. This in one of the most exciting things about the initial straps we have gotten back from our Italian manufacture partners – these straps are so close to the prototype straps I had originally made and shipped to them as samples, that I was a pains to tell the difference!
\n* Made to fit wide variety of styles and sized to fit many wrist sizes and most popular watch brands such as Panerai, Rolex, Omega, Breitling and IWC etc with lug widths from 20 to 26mm, we hope that the Manufacture Collection will fit most of the most in demand strap sized from many other watch brands as well .<\/p>\n

Of course, there will be trade offs in terms of absolute variety of possible color combinations. \u00a0Our fully bespoke offerings quite literally make thousands of combinations possible, which won’t be possible with our Manufacture Collection. \u00a0Also some of our unique upgrades such as our ‘Thick Curved Lug System’ (TCLS) and our Fully Integrated Fit (FIF) upgrades won’t be possible (at least initially) in our Manufacture collection. \u00a0However, the pricing for our Manufacture straps will be considerable more competitive (while we are currently sorting the final retail pricing, our goal is 20% less than an similarly specified bespoke strap, made entirely by myself). \u00a0This represents a massive saving for those customers that can forgo me personally building your strap or don’t necessarily need a very rare color combo or a build upgrade that is not possible in our Manufacture Collection.<\/p>\n

Of course, one of the most exciting benefits will be that our wait times will be much faster – we hope of have our most popular straps in stock for immediate shipment, so our overlong wait time will be eliminated entirely!!<\/p>\n

Will be made available through an Authorized Dealer Network:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

We are excited also to me able to (for the first time) offer Dangerous9<\/span>straps<\/span><\/b> through our Manufacture Collection at wholesale pricing to Retail outlets partners. \u00a0Given the backlog of our bespoke straps, we have never been able to offer our straps for re-sale, at pricing anywhere near what a retail store would need in order to make selling Dangerous9<\/span>straps<\/span><\/b> a profitable proposition. \u00a0Our Manufacture Collection makes this possible for the first time. \u00a0If you have a retail store, and are interested in being added to our stock list and becoming an official Dangerous9straps Authorized Dealer, please let us know, we would be very happy to speak with you.<\/p>\n

\nThe strap as shown on the Breitling Seawolf, is made from our Walnut Teju Lizard. \u00a0This color is bespoke tanned by our Italian tannery partner and are exclusive to Dangerous9straps. \u00a0This strap, features thick padding at the lugs and tapering from 22mm at the lugs to 20mm at the pin buckle (this buckle was chosen to allow for this strap to me used interchangeably with the OEM Breitling 20mm tang buckle. \u00a0The final version will be offered with a similarly styled buckle with the addition our ‘D9’ logo<\/p>\n

This strap also features super fine hand saddle stitching in cream white French milled Fil Au Chinois C<\/span>abl\u00e9 linen Thread (the highest quality and most costly linen thread available). \u00a0It’s the same brand of thread\u00a0Herm\u00e8s\u00a0uses on all their hand stitched leather goods, and is unquestionably the finest there is.<\/p>\n

This strap will be lined with our exclusive Dark Olive Kangaroo Gloving leather, which is both incredibly strong and incredibly soft on the wrist. \u00a0This leather has been specifically engineered to withstand high moisture environments without drying and cracking like many other leathers after repeated wet\/dry cycles. \u00a0Yes, it is more expensive by orders of magnitude that other leathers we could use for our Manufacture Collection, but again our intention is to spare no expense on this production line, just as we do with our bespoke straps.<\/p>\n

Once we are in full production, our intention is to offer this design combo to fit \u00a0the most requested sizes for Panerai, Rolex, Omega and IWC as well,<\/p>\n

The strap as shown on the Rolex Submariner, is made from our Racing Black Teju Lizard. \u00a0This color is bespoke tanned by our Italian tannery partner for Dangerous9straps. \u00a0This strap, features thick padding at the lugs and tapering from 20mm at the lugs to 18mm at the pin buckle (this buckle was chosen to allow for this strap to me used interchangeably with the OEM Rolex 18mm tang buckle. The final version will be offered with a similarly styled buckle with the addition our ‘D9’ logo.<\/p>\n
