Our custom strap is crafted from genuine vintage Swiss ammunition pouch leather, carefully salvaged to preserve its unique character and darkened at my customer’s request to a deeper, richer brown. This strap features the original maker\u2019s mark, 1967 date stamp, and Swiss inspection stamp\u2014historical details that add authenticity and charm.<\/p>\n

Each Custom Swiss Ammo Strap is truly unique. The natural aging and patina of the salvaged leather ensure that no two straps are exactly alike. Variations in color, texture, and markings give each strap its distinct character.\u00a0 Together with the unique, original maker’s stamping including the name of the individual saddler (sattler) and the Swiss town of his workshop, the year of manufacture and and finally the Swiss cross inspection stamping makes each strap, like the pouch from which is was made a one-of-a-kind item.<\/p>\n
